Simon has lived in the Brighton area since 2010, first in Brighton Township, then in Genoa Township since 2018. Simon, his wife Kathryn, their sons, and daughter enjoy the proximity to parks and lakes as well as the downtowns of the area. Simon was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, where he completed trade school with honors for parquet and flooring systems. He has an associate degree in construction management from Washtenaw Community College as well as over a decade of experience in the flooring industry, prior to becoming a Realtor. Simon's background in construction and remodeling is an asset to his clients. When not helping clients, Simon enjoys canoeing and fishing on our local lakes as well as working on projects around the house. Simon believes buying or selling a home should be a memorable journey, not a complicated process.
