The Huron Meadows MetroPark, the Brighton Recreation Area, Island Lake State Recreation Area, and Kensington MetroPark are just a few great places to spend your time.
4. The Lakes
Did you know that some of the greatest lakes in Southeast Michigan are here in Brighton? If you like to go out, boat, fish, wakeboard, or swim, there’s a lake here for you. There are specific lakes that are no-motor for those who want peace and quiet; great for fishing! There are more active lakes for those who want to get on their personal watercrafts.
