Agency
Who represents you?

Michigan Law entitles you to written disclosure about the Agency relationships that are available to you, as well as the duties that each agency relationship creates for the real estate agent.

Before you disclose any confidential information to any real real estate licensee regarding a real estate transaction, you should understand what type of agency relationship you have with that real estate agent.

In Michigan, real estate licensees may function in any of the following capacities:
  • Seller's Agent
  • Buyer's Agent
  • Dual Agent
  • Transaction Coordinator
Whether you are a seller or a buyer, we will explain these in detail with you at our first meeting. You need representation throughout your real estate transaction, and we can provide that.
